Our work in School Education involves teaching subjects and challenging fundamental beliefs about education and society.

We work to improve the quality of teaching and learning processes for K-12 education in India. As part of these efforts, we offer fulfilling career opportunities in the field of public education.

Resource Person (School Education)

This role entails extensive engagement on improving the quality of educational processes and practices within schools across a district, through capacity-building of teachers, head teachers, resource persons and education functionaries. The Resource Person position is based in the blocks and districts we work in across Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttarakhand.

School Teacher

The school teacher opportunity is a chance to work at one of our Azim Premji Schools. Our schools are an integral part of our vision to improve K-12 education and work towards providing quality education with an emphasis on instilling constitutional values through teaching-learning practices both within and beyond the classroom. Our schools are located in four states – Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Karnataka.

Associate Resource Person

This is an opportunity for early graduates who have a passion for social change and a deep interest in teaching, working with government school teachers and understanding pedagogy in practice. An Associate Resource Person will be immersed in the realities of school education in rural India and can continue to work at one of our District Institutes and engage with schools and teachers.
