Qualification and Experience

1. Pre Primary Teacher- Degree with NTT/Montessori or equivalent teacher training course
2. Primary Teacher – Graduation along with D.Ed.
3. Upper Primary and High School – Bachelors of Education degree (B.Ed.)
4. PU Lecturer - Masters along with B.Ed degree
5. Physical Education/Fine Art – Bachelor’s degree in physical education/fine arts
6. Librarian – Bachelor’s degree in library science
7. At least 2 years of teaching experience and the ability to teach in English and Kannada is a must

2. Encourage active discovery and independent learning
3. Develop curriculum and content for teaching-learning based on the context of the children
4. Develop a curricular plan and achieve curricular objectives for each child
5. Continuously engage with the community and parents to ensure their participation in school processes
6. Participate in and help build the school processes
