Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be in the age group of 25-40 years.
- Should have a minimum 6 years experience of working in a civil society organization in a programme related role at district/ block/zone/ward level.
- Should have prior experience of managing projects
- Should have prior experience of managing or collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Should be proficient in Hindi and English, and with Marathi preferable.
- Should be willing to travel extensively everyday within the city. (having own two-wheeler would be preferable)
- Prior experience in using MIS Systems preferable.
- Should have working knowledge of basic budgeting and interpreting utilization certificates etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Resource Person will be responsible for the delivery of the urban programme implementation in collaboration with the implementing partner organisations, in 1 to 2 clusters.
Supportive Supervision
- To provide supportive supervision for cluster coordinator-welfare rights, children centre coordinators, youth centre coordinators and elderly centre coordinators.
- To visit each centre on a weekly basis and support in operations, provide feedback, address issues and interact with the community.
Capacity Building
- To support the capacity building for centre coordinators on identified topics.
- Also identify gaps and build capacity building plans for each cluster.
Review meetings
- To facilitate cluster level meetings of all coordinators.
- To attend the monthly review meetings of cluster co-ordinators, children/youth/elderly coordinators, programme coordinators at the city level.
- To participate in the fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly meetings organized by the implementing partners.
MIS systems
- Ensure efficient usage of MIS systems by all staff.
- Facilitate in rolling out and stabilisation of the MIS systems in the field.
- Prepare all reports and documents as per the requirement of the project.
