Resource Person – Bengaluru

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Must be in the age group 25-40 years.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience of working in a civil society organization in a programme role at block/district/zone/ward level.
3. Prior experience in using MIS Systems.
4. Must have a working knowledge of basic budgeting and interpreting utilization certificates etc.
5. Language proficiency – Kannada/ Tamil /Hindi and English.
6. Own a two-wheeler and is willing to extensively travel everyday within the city.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Resource Person will be overall in charge of the urban programme implementation in 1 to 4 clusters.

Supportive Supervision

1. To provide supportive supervision for cluster coordinator-welfare rights, children centre coordinators, youth centre coordinators and elderly centre coordinators.
2. To visit each centre on a weekly basis and support in operations, provide feedback, address issues and interact with the community.

Capacity Building

1. To support the capacity building for centre coordinators on identified topics.
2. Also identify gaps and build capacity building plans for each cluster.

Review meetings

1. To facilitate cluster level meetings of all coordinators.
2. To attend the monthly review meetings of cluster co-ordinators, children/youth/elderly coordinators, programme coordinators at the city level.
3. To participate in the fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly meetings organized by the implementing partners.

MIS systems

1. Ensure efficient usage of MIS systems by all staff.
2. Facilitate in rolling out and stabilisation of the MIS systems in the field.
3. Prepare all reports and documents as per the requirement of the project.
