Resource Person - Health (Jharkhand)

The focus of the role will be to:

1. Provide programmatic support towards more effective delivery of health services.
2. Connect and coordinate with all the stakeholders of public health in the block, in the Primary Health Centre’s (PHCs), and Sub-centres.
3. Engage with the staff and frontline workers to strengthen the delivery of services at VHSNDs, including ASHAs, ANMs, CHOs, MOs, community, SHGs and PRIs.
4. Conducting needs assessment, planning and training activities for health personnel.
5. Develop health education, encourage health seeking behaviors and community ownership of health over time.

Required Qualifications, Experience, Skills

1. Masters / Post Graduate degree in related with relevant professional work experience.
2. 3-5 years of on-ground experience working with the public health system and communities in rural areas.
3. RMNCH (Reproductive Maternal Newborn Child Health) related experience will be an advantage.
4. Effective communication abilities with PHCs and Sub-centres staff, frontline workers, and our block teams.
5. Capacity building experience/skills, and fluency in Hindi and English.
