Job Description

Inviting passionate Nurses to serve vulnerable communities in Dharamjaigarh, Raigarh.

We are working to improve the health of the vulnerable communities of Dharamjaigarh.

Since 2022, we have started the community health program across field locations and started community health interventions, directly working with health systems, frontline health cadres, and the community.

Further, we are planning to start a Health Centre to establish primary healthcare services provided through trained and qualified manpower, with the support and supervision of registered medical practitioners and the required support systems for this level of care.

At the proposed location, we have our Health Centre and a team of trained manpower, approachable to serve the people of Dharamjaigarh.

1. The Health Centre’s (with a team of doctors, nurses, a pharmacist and a lab technician, ultrasound specialist) provide primary health services to the patients targeting the vulnerable community in Dharamjaigarh & its neighborhood geographies.

2. The health resource team in collaboration with Front line health cadres support the patients and the target community at large on health awareness and health education, community-level screening, follow-ups etc. in coordination with the Health Centre teams.

3. The team also collaborates with the local public health systems to facilitate the necessary services and benefits to the communities.

As a nurse, you will be on the front lines, working directly with the communities to provide out-patient clinical services, health education and community outreach.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

1. An unwavering commitment to serve the communities, and the resilience to work full-time (6 days a week, Mon-Sat) in an evolving environment.

2. B.Sc. (Nursing) / Diploma (GNM) and CG registration.

3. Fluency in Hindi and local language is preferred, as is previous experience working in underserved communities.
